What is the Naughty Challenge?

The Naughty Challenge is a program to help you inject a little more pizazz into your sex life, build confidence, feel sexy and reconnect with yourself.

We live in a very busy world, and it's easy for us to lose sight of who we are and what we can achieve. This program will change all that, and revolutionize your life, because I'll show you how to reconnect with yourself in different ways, all designed to put yourself back in the center of your own world, where you belong. Learn to value your own happiness more, and see how taking care of yourself can make you a better lover, and a better person.

It's a 12-month plan, designed to remove all your inhibitions and get you "thinking naughty" in all areas of your life. Too many people think that their sexiness comes from just the clothes they wear, the way they act, or that 'sexy' has a certain look. But being naughty is a lifestyle choice, and should become part of your personality - as natural as eating, sleeping and breathing.

From a young age we're conditioned to view sex as something secretive and covert, when in fact it's the most natural, instinctive act we're programmed to perform. This challenge will transform the way you look at sex and happiness, and show you how to incorporate different ideas into your everyday routines, to enrich your own sex life, and that of your partner.

The whole ethos of my Naughty Challenge, is based around living a holistic lifestyle, which means paying attention to all areas of your life, to maintain overall health. Many don't realize that we have to look after every part of us - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually - to achieve true happiness, confidence and naughtiness. It's the very essence of holistic living.

I've been living holistically for over 18 years, and I can't emphasize enough how much my life has improved for the better, especially sexually. I am more confident than I have ever been and, most importantly, I am in total control of my own life. I have learned so many things about my sexuality, about what makes me happy, what feels good, and what I'm truly capable of. So now I want to share that knowledge with you.

Each month I'll deal with a different topic, which will involve a variety of activities and exercises. At the end of the program, when you're able to combine all my tips and lessons together, you'll find yourself living a naturally naughty lifestyle, full of natural sexual energy, which really will change your life. I'm living proof of that, so come with me on a journey of sexual self-enlightenment, and let me show you how to "live naughty". You'll discover so many new things about yourself, and you'll learn how to look after yourself properly, which I'm willing to bet few of you do, right now.
